To make holiday shopping easier, we’ve extended our returns period for Christmas orders.
Orders placed from 20th October 2025 onwards are covered by our extended Christmas Returns Policy.
- You can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
- After 30 days, you can still return the item for a store credit or exchange — refunds will not be issued after this period.
- All Christmas orders can be returned up until 11th January 2026.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
- Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can be used on any future order.
This policy applies to all orders placed between 20th October 2025 and 31st December 2025.
