To make holiday shopping easier, we’ve extended our returns period for Christmas orders.

Orders placed from 20th October 2025 onwards are covered by our extended Christmas Returns Policy.

• You can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
  
• After 30 days, you can still return the item for a store credit or exchange — refunds will not be issued after this period.
  
• All Christmas orders can be returned up until 11th January 2026.
  
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
  
• Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can be used on any future order.
